I want something that defines love
61What you want to define love
Well, something that defines love is the same thing that defines life. It is the ultimate gift that you could give other than yourself, but rather a part of yourself speaking from your point of view. A child, is the ultimate definition of love I believe because a child comes from love and is given it unconditionally. You are giving a blessing to your lover and it goes hand in hand with marriage. When you have devoted your body and soul and have given yourself, a child is the result of mutual affection.
Now you may ask, "damn, I aint tryin to do all of that. Something simple?" Of course, small tokens such as charms, trinkets, or lockets I think are great expressions of defining love. I keep hearing that its the small things, so sometimes depending on the character of your partner or mate even just a simple phone call or letter saying, "I LOVE YOU" is enough to overwhelm them because it may be something unexpected. I believe that Valentines Day should be everyday without overdoing it. A card and an occasional flower, or even a massage and just doing things that are unpredictable yet can affirm your passion or desire for that person. Love is a weakness and power, some wear love on their sleeves and some leave it at home. But when your love becomes an aura around you, a soul vibration that is obvious, some call a glow, you tend to cheerish it enough to know that it is only meant for one person that is meant for you. They have that same desire or fire that burn within them and becomes uncontrollable.
To answer your question in full though as to 'what you want to define love'. The answer is LOVE. Give and you shall recieve, it may sound corny...but if you think about it you will understand it better than any comment I could give you. I hope that I have helped you in some way, you can never give enough Love.
Things that embody love

It is when you are away from someone and you MISS them SO much you can barely stand it.
I spend every day surrounded by love. The sleepy smile from my partner when we wake up, the spring in the step from the cat as she winds around my legs, the unconditional joy from the dog everytime I come home and the languid wagging of his tail whenever he just hears my voice.
I feel and see all of this because I love all these guys and because I am open to it. I don't look for the bad, I look for the good - and most often I find it!
Last of all, I love me and without that understanding you cannot give love to anyone else.
